PROTEIN PANCAKES

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbl buckwheat flour. Any flour works. (I like to use cassava flour)

  • 2 tbl protein powder

  • 1/4 cup plant milk. Add more if you need

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

HOW TO MAKE:

Mix all together and adjust by adding extra milk if needing it to be more runny.

Serve with coconut yoghurt, hemp seeds and some maple syrup.
