If I agree that your complaint is well founded, I will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cancellation/Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge at anytime 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations/Reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee.

Payments

All consultations booked online are paid at time of booking.
