CHIA SEED PUDDINGS

Make these a few at a time or even the night before and grab on the run to work or for a later breakfast. There are many ways to do these however I keep it simple.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Glass jar
1 tbl chia seeds
1 tbl flaxseeds/linseeds. This can be swapped for another tablespoon of chia.
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice.
1 cup plant milk of choice
4 tbl (28g) hemp protein or 2 tbl Collagen - without this it isn’t a macro balanced meal and therefore not suitable for breakfast
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix all together by giving a good stir or shake and set aside in fridge as the seeds will expand and become more of a pudding consistency.
Additional things that can be added is protein powder, herbs like mint, nutmeg/cardamon, dash of maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
This is a high protein macro balanced meals that is satiating and easy to eat on the go.
